These terms apply when you create an account on Card-V or use it, on card-v.com or in the Card-V apps. By using Card-V you agree to them.

The service

Card-V lets businesses and professionals create digital business cards, loyalty programmes, menus and online stores, review pages, games and NFC tags. What you can use depends on your plan, or on what your partner gives your account.

Your account

• Give accurate details and keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
• You must be old enough to agree to these terms in your country.
• Invite only people you trust to your team; you decide what they can do.

Businesses and their customers

If you use Card-V for a business, you are responsible for your content, offers, rewards, prizes, prices and orders, and for honouring the rewards and prizes you publish. You must have a lawful reason to use your customers' data and must tell them how you use it.

Fair use

Do not use Card-V to break the law, deceive or harm people, send spam, collect other people's data, pretend to be someone else, create false stamps or rewards, or try to get around its security or limits.

Plans and payments

Plans, limits and prices are shown on the website. A partner may set the terms for the accounts it looks after. No payment is taken inside the app. We tell you before prices change.

Your content

What you create stays yours. You allow us to store and show it only as needed to run Card-V for you.

Availability

We work to keep Card-V reliable, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may improve or change features over time.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, telling you why when we can.

Liability

As far as the law allows, Card-V is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Each business is responsible for its own offers, rewards and dealings with its customers.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top, and using Card-V after that means you accept them.
